Location: very near to Novena MRTWednesday to Saturday 9am to 7pm; Sunday 9am to 6pm (44 hrs per week) Off days : Monday and TuesdayYou are part of the team by preparing pastry and dessert products to create memories for our customers. Through ownership and teamwork, you ensure the operational effectiveness of our pastry team.Job Responsibilities:
Daily preparation and production of pastries such as cakes etc.
Responsible for the consistency and presentation of the products.
Maintain inventory and storage in an organized manner
Pack baked goods for delivery in a timely manner
Decorate and prepare garnishes for baked pastries
Maintain proper ordering of ingredients such as flour, sugar and ensure first-in-first out (FIFO) method is utilized
Ensure all baking equipment are clean and kept properly
Requirements:
1 years of experience in a bakery setting is preferred
Possess qualification in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking (or any relevant field) or proven experience in bakery
Possess Food Safety & Hygiene Course certificate
Knowledge in making cakes, mousses, filling and etc.
