Assist bakers in daily preparation, portioning, and baking of pastries, cakes, and other bakery products according to recipes and standards.
Help with ingredient weighing, mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking processes.
Ensure consistent product quality by following established SOPs and hygiene protocols.
Prepare baking trays, molds, and utensils before production and clean them after use.
Support product packing, labeling, and dispatch preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment at all times.
Administrative & Coordination Duties
Attend to client enquiries professionally and provide quality customer service through emails & phone calls , IG DMs smooth and seamless pre and post-sales customer service
Packing and checking all cakes and against the invoices to ensure accuracy in message
piping, candles, etc Arranging cakes and sending them out to the respective drivers from the Central Kitchen for delivery
Manage and resolve all customer service recovery issues
Arranging delivery routes to drivers
Stock take and inventory
Managing stocks on online platforms and processing online orders
Preparation and submission of reports on a daily and monthly basis
Requirements:
5 days work week
