Preparing and brewing for all types of coffees and beverages Preparation and calibration of the grinder and espresso machine on a daily basis Maintain set standard of quality, service, product and cleanliness Monitoring of inventory stock and reporting to Manager Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase brand loyalty and reputation Work with FOH Manager for menu creation and process innovation Do routine cleaning and maintenance of coffee machine, all coffee-related equipment and tools and FOH Assist with any ad hoc duties assigned Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with good teamwork, willing to learn with passion in coffee/beverages Minimum 1 year barista experience + cashier experience Must possess Basic Food Hygience Cert Able to work 5.5 days/week, Monday-Saturday .Career progression available .Singaporeans/PR only
