About the Role
As a
Junior Behaviour Therapist
, you'll provide one-to-one early intervention and school shadow support for children with developmental and behavioural needs. You will be mentored and supervised by experienced therapists as you learn to deliver structured and naturalistic behaviour therapy.
This role involves both
centre-based sessions (at Yishun)
and
off-site sessions at schools or homes across Singapore
, so mobility and adaptability are key.
Your Responsibilities
Conduct one-to-one and small-group
Early Intervention & Behaviour Therapy
sessions.
Provide
School Shadow Support
to help children integrate successfully into mainstream classrooms -- guiding social participation, emotional regulation, attention, and classroom behaviour.
Implement therapy programmes developed by Senior or Tier 1/2 Therapists.
Collect accurate data, assist with therapy resources and visuals, and report session progress.
Communicate professionally with supervisors, parents, and teachers.
Uphold Therapy Kidz's standards in
child safeguarding
,
professional conduct
,
PDPA
, and
infection control
.
Attend regular supervision, training, and case review meetings.
Be willing to
travel across Singapore
for school-based and home-based sessions.
Who We're Looking For
Diploma/Degree in
Psychology
,
Education
,
Early Childhood
, or a related field.
Passion for working with children with special needs and supporting inclusion in school environments.
Patient, empathetic, and able to stay calm under pressure.
Responsible, organised, and open to feedback.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Fresh graduates
are welcome -- full training and supervision will be provided.
