JOB REQUIREMENTS

Fresher\xe2\x80\x99s, Entry level candidates and mid-careerists are welcome.
Have a strong passion for pursuing a career in the AEC industry.
Develop BIM models for Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil services from design stage to as-built stage and coordinating between all other services.
Job location: Singapore (All Candidates are required to work onsite in Singapore)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural Engineering or equivalent.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
Fast learner and a quick thinker

Join MAJOR PROJECTS without the fear of rejection (We will source suitable projects based on your training received).
Able to understand, create, and amend drawings/ models in BIM software independently.
Able to generate required information from the BIM software.
Liaise & Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and issues.
Able to identify drafting errors and highlight them to the project team immediately.
Work closely with Project Manager & project teams to ensure drawings/models are as per site requirements.

Creation of models and drawings in support of Permitting and Construction that are completed in accordance with timelines, quality, and cost objectives.
