Working Hours: Mon-Fri office hours Working Location: Jurong West Friendly & supportive working environment (end user) Salary up to $6,200 + AWS + Bonus (2-3 months) Experience in handling Finance/Procurement projects are welcome to apply! What you will be working on: Responsible to assess business requirements and make evidence-based recommendations to support process improvements Work collaboratively across all departments within the organization to drive process improvement initiatives that will be aligned with business priorities Develop, plan, and facilitate business process improvement projects Organize and lead focus group discussions with business users to understand the business pain-points and user requirements Able to visualise the end-to-end process and translate the process workflow and business requirements into functional and design specifications Apply process improvement methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to address process challenges Identify opportunities to apply digital transformation technologies, such as process automation tools as part of solutioning (where appropriate) to improve and optimise resources Responsible for managing the project charter & timeline, tracking progress, ensuring deliverables are met and managing the change communication within cross-functions (when required) Collaborate closely with our technology and business transformation team to coordinate and oversee user requests and support user testing when necessary What we are looking for: Singaporean only At least 2 years of experience in project management and successfully implemented Business Process Improvement initiatives Exposure in mapping processes, creating flowchart and using Lean Six Sigma/Design Thinking methodology Good working knowledge on ITIL, service design and business process transformation Good working knowledge and skills on cloud Service platforms such as ServiceNow To apply, please send your updated resume to Vivian: [HIDDEN TEXT] Liew Chien Hui (Vivian) - R2090138 ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd - 11C5781
