Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn and phone
Set up introductory calls or meetings for the BD team
Maintain and update CRM systems with lead details and activity logs
Research target industries and keep up with market trends
Shadow client meetings and pitches to learn industry best practices
Requirements
No prior experience needed -- fresh grads or mid-career switchers welcome
Strong communication skills and willingness to speak with new people
Curious, coachable and open to feedback
Comfortable using basic computer tools (email, Excel, Google Sheets)
Desire to grow in a sales, partnerships or account management path
