Your Responsibilities:
Process Management:
Assist in documenting, streamlining, and executing day-to-day operational procedures.
Data & Reporting:
Maintain accurate internal databases and generate basic reports to track business performance.
Administrative Support:
Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Finance) to support projects and initiatives.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify potential areas for operational improvements and contribute innovative solutions.
Stakeholder Outreach:
Proactively engage with potential business partners and candidates
via email/phone to coordinate meetings and introductory calls.
