Drive finance business partnering which enhances the understanding of the senior management teams of their key financial performance drivers and business performance issues;
Support the Business Units (BU) to make timely, strategically aligned, and value-maximizing decisions through multi-dimensional analysis within relevant financial and operational business scenarios;
Perform growth analysis to support forecast and ongoing business performance - market, pricing, volume and initiatives;
Drive gross margin enhancement through net revenue management pillars (pricing, active mix, trade spend & business case management);
Conduct commercial analysis to pinpoint issues to management team to help drive action plans including business opportunities, risk and mitigation plans;
Lead financial evaluation of significant business opportunities to provide a long-term perspective of the impact on business profitability;
Preferably graduate of Business Administration/ Accounting/ Management Accounting/ Economics/ Statistics;
At least 2 years related work experience in a bank;
