We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Communications Executive to join our dynamic communications and sales team.

In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, supporting sales initiatives and ensuring excellent communication around the benefits of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with understanding the full range of benefits and services available. Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, processing orders and managing customer accounts. Ensure follow-up on leads and potential sales inquiries, fostering customer interest. Build strong relationships with existing customers through effective communication and a focus on their needs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and feedback.

Qualifications:

Local Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or in any related field is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well with teams and independently. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
