About Us:Noris Global Pte Ltd is a leading management systems consultancy firm, helping organizations across various industries achieve and maintain internationally recognized certifications. We specialize in ISO standards implementation, internal audits, awareness training, and compliance support, working closely with clients to streamline processes and achieve operational excellence.
Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced ISO Consultant to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on consultancy experience in internal auditing, awareness training, and documentation support for multiple ISO standards and related compliance schemes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits and prepare audit reports for various ISO standards.
• Deliver awareness and training sessions to client teams.
• Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures in line with ISO requirements.
• Guide clients through certification and surveillance audit preparation.
• Advise and assist on ISO standards implementation, including:

ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)
ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
ISO 41001 (Facility Management)
ISO 27001 (Information Security)
ISO 22000 (Food Safety)
ISO 13485 (Medical Devices)
ISO 22301 (Business Continuity) * Provide consultancy for DPTM (Data Protection Trustmark), GGBS (Green and Gracious Builder Scheme), and bizSAFE certifications.
Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of consultancy experience in ISO and related certifications (training will be provided).
• Strong understanding of management system requirements, audit processes, and certification body expectations.
• Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Recognized lead auditor / auditor qualifications for one or more ISO standards will be an advantage.
