Junior Content Strategist

to join our creative team. If you're passionate about social media, love thinking in video formats, and want to turn ideas into viral content, this role's for you.

What You'll Do:

Support the ideation and development of content strategies for our clients Assist in creating and producing social media content -- from brainstorming video concepts to helping out during shoots Research local trends and formats to bring fresh content ideas to the table Work closely with the team to develop graphics, scripts, and reels Contribute to Cintra's own social media -- helping us build our brand presence online

Who We're Looking For:

A fresh creative excited to grow in the content space Based in Singapore and familiar with local trends, lingo, and online humour Obsessed with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and what makes people stop scrolling Some hands-on experience creating content -- filming, scripting, editing, even on an iPhone or GoPro Bonus points if you've done skits, POV content, or street interviews before A portfolio (even school projects or personal content) that shows off your creativity
