With more than 1300 people in 19 offices spanning four continents and over 75 people here in our Singapore office, we deliver world-class creative campaigns and strategies based on social insights, for forward-thinking brands.We are looking for a passionate creative who\'s keen on ideas and innovating the way brands communicate, to explore the world of social + digital advertising and writing for global brands - with an emphasis on contemporary social + digital culture of The Philippines market, to start. You will be guided on how to turn strategic direction into engaging content, while leveraging your knowledge of current trends/vernacular in Filipino culture to ensure it speaks seamlessly and appropriately to the Filipino audience.Key responsibilities

• Idea generation - help create fresh advertising concepts for brands and businesses
• An understanding of key social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, X, Reddit, etc.), to approach and suggest innovative ways for their use to drive engagement.
• Ability to work independently when required
• Working with the wider creative teams and other departments as needed, contributing to brainstorm sessions in order to give fresh inputs and relevant insights from a Philippines market perspective
• Editorial support including (but not limited to) copywriting, editing and tone analysis, capable of working within quick turnarounds when needed

• 1-3 years of experience
• Exceptional writing skills - with proficiency in English and Tagalog
• Knowledge of contemporary social + digital culture of The Philippines market
