Overview

This is a dynamic role for an experienced Corporate Communications Executive with dual functions: in (1) Internal Branding and Communications, and (2) Assist in Human Resource activities For (1), the ideal candidate should possess communication skills, creative flair, and a deep understanding of employee relations. For (2), the candidate should have a passion for event, corporate video, recruitment, IT, support administrative/ logistical matters in the department and other related tasks as assigned This role is vital in shaping and maintaining a positive corporate culture, ensuring alignment with the brand identity, and enhancing our company's reputation

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive content and internal communication activities to support corporate objectives, enhance brand awareness, and engage stakeholders. Generate engaging written content for internal/external channels such as articles, blog posts, newsletters, and emails. Implement internal communication activities/events to reinforce PRECISE's brand values among employees and foster better employee relations. Collaborate closely with HQ and site offices to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. Handle ad-hoc requests and projects, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. Advanced degree or certification in Corporate Communications, Content Strategy, or Digital Marketing is advantageous. Minimum of 1 year experience in corporate communications or related fields, preferably within a construction environment. Demonstrated ability in multitask management, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in communication tools including social media platforms. * Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with colleagues at all levels.
