In this competitive luxury environment, an outstanding After Sales service is key to build client's loyalty to the Louis Vuitton brand. Under the supervision of the Care Service Team Manager, the Junior Craftsman will be responsible for repairing various Louis Vuitton products, including but not limited to handbags, wallets, luggage and trunks, etc.

Repair products in accordance with Louis Vuitton quality specifications and guidelines
Achieve qualitative repair work within time frame settled by company standard
Detail oriented with all aspects of the production process
Ability to work in sewing, painting and cutting as necessary
Ability to work with manual tools and equipment provided in the repair process
Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Effectively work independently and communicate within a team environment
Respectful to others as well as to the equipment and facility
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures, report any discrepancies immediately to supervisor
Support intake activities to familiarize with overall care service processes
Profile
Key Requirements & Competencies
Strong passion and interest in leather goods manufacturing/repair, with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills
Knowledge of sewing on leather/canvas is a plus
Detail, quality and safety oriented
Client-centric mind set
Self-motivated in order complete a repair from beginning to end.
IT literate with basic computer knowledge; familiarity with advanced Excel for data organization and analysis is highly desirable.
Commitment Period: Preferably minimum 4-6 months
