Requirements
Lead the visual execution of key assets across digital (website, ads, social), retail (in-store displays, packaging), and corporate (pitch decks, sales kits) Ensure a consistent and premium brand aesthetic across all visual touchpoints Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e-commerce, retail, product, media buying) to deliver cohesive creative work Translate campaign briefs into moodboards, key visuals, and final assets Support art direction during product photoshoots and retail content creation Maintain and evolve Prism+'s visual identity and creative guidelines Coordinate with external designers, editors, and freelancers when needed
Benefits
2-4 years of experience in visual design, branding, or art direction -- agency or in-house Strong portfolio with examples of brand work across digital, retail, and print Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition Strong eye for detail and design systems -- you care about pixel-perfect output Self-driven with a high sense of ownership, but also a strong team player * Bonus: experience in photography, motion, or 3D rendering is a plus
