We are a leading playground design and manufacturing company passionate about creating innovative, safe, and engaging play environments for children. We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Junior Creative Designer to join our team and help bring inspiring playscapes to life.





Roles & Responsibilities:


Assist in the design and development of unique, architectural playscapes that blend creativity, functionality, and safety. Conduct market and design trend research to stay current with emerging playground and design practices. Collaborate closely with sales and project teams to translate client briefs and ideas into compelling conceptual designs. Prepare high-quality design presentations including 3D models, renderings, and artistic impressions for client proposals and internal reviews. Manage and meet project deadlines, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery of design concepts. Refine and finalize approved design concepts, ensuring alignment with project requirements and company standards. Continuously ideate, sketch, and develop new playscape concepts that align with brand vision and user needs. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input throughout the design process.


Requirements:


Minimum Diploma in Industrial Design, Product Design, Landscape Architecture, or a related field. Critical design thinking and proficient in 2D and 3D software (includes Indesign, Photoshop, AutoCad, Rhinoceros etc) Prior experience or strong interest in landscape, product design, or architecture design will be an advantage. A strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and an eye for detail. Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management, communication, and multitasking skills. Passionate about designing meaningful, playful, and user-centred environments for children. * Fresh Grad is welcome.
