You'll create visuals that feel beautiful, safe, and healing and see them come alive in digital health products used by thousands worldwide.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Junior Creative Designer -- an early-career creative, fresh graduate, or final-year design student (Visual Comms / Design) -- with an eye for typography, clean layouts, and emotive visual storytelling, where minimalism meets warmth. This is a 4-month part-time role (16 hrs/week, Sept-Dec 2025), where you'll work closely with our female clinician-founder, who believes design can be both beautiful and healing. Together, we'll create calming, inspiring visual experiences that make digital wellbeing support feel human-centered and inspiring. This role is perfect if you are:

Key Responsibilities
Design learning materials and PDFs that are clear, calming, and easy to use
Help evolve our visual identity (typography, colours, icons, layouts)
Create visual assets for our learning platform, website, and social media
Ensure all designs feel calming, cohesive and relatable
Strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and composition
Comfortable with Canva (Figma / Adobe a bonus)
Open to experimenting with AI image generation design tools for creative storytelling
Collaborative, curious and organised
Singaporean/PR only (CPF-compliant role)

Commitment & Compensation
Hours: ~16 hours/week (flexible daytime schedule in 4-hour creative blocks)
Format: Hybrid -- remote work, with regular in-person creative sessions at WeWork Collyer Quay
Stipend: $1,600/month + CPF for 16 hours/week
Duration: 4 months -- continuous Sept to Dec 2025 (no gaps; full commitment required)
Start: Late September 2025
