Junior Trader

that will focus on

SPOT Trading

.

What you'll be doing:

Monitor the performance of algorithms on designated trading platforms and execute trades within predefined risk limits Contribute to the design and implementation of the trading operation system to improve reliability and reactive hedging Analyze and report on hedging and funding activities, and manage assets on our balance sheet effectively Assist with scripting configuration files and the database system as needed Collaborate with the quant team to develop and maintain risk management tools for the night desk's daily operations and handover Assist in flow management and execution of customer requests in both spot and options Help manage treasury operations and controls for the team

What we're looking for:

Possess a degree in technical field 0 - 2 year working experience in trading roles(sell side, buy side, quant) preferred Strong programming skills in Python Ability to work in high volume and volatile environment Able to commit to rotational and shift work Detail oriented; demonstrates thoroughness and positive attitude Passionate about crypto, industry experience would be an advantage
