client is a Renowned Satellite Communications US MNC looking for a Junior CSM Engineer.

East Area

5 Days, Office Hour

Salary $3500 - $4500

Carrier Spectrum Monitoring
The position is meant to increase the capacity to serve APAC customers, mainly in the fields of Spectrum and Signal Monitoring and Network Management Systems (NMS). The qualified candidate will work in APAC Delivery Team
The qualified candidate will perform standard and advanced system engineering duties: implementation, integration, test, technical documentation, on-site installations, testing, and trainings. Integration work will be done in factory and may involve some amount of travels, mainly in the APAC region (i.e. 15-20% in average).
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other team members located in local and remote offices
• Assist in vendor selection and 3rd party software/equipment purchasing
• Participate in the design of the systems to be delivered
• Integrate the subsystems to be delivered
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve system hardware, software, and networking issues
• Participate in the test campaign
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks as required by the project
• Perform installation, cabling, and any necessary task to support the system integration
• Report to the supervisor on progress status Perform
• and QA tasks such as configuration management, document reviews, etc
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Provide occasionally trainings to customer

Requirements

• Proficient computer skills such as o Understanding of RF (Radio Frequency)
• Basic understanding of databases (i.e. MS SQL, My SQL)
• Basic understanding of programming languages /scripting o Good knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
• Understanding of computer applications such as Microsoft Office 2007/2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) is an advantage

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent engineering
