What You'll Be Doing
Serve as the main point of contact for client questions and requests
Guide clients through onboarding and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Keep records accurate, organised and up-to-date in our systems
Work closely with different teams to deliver timely solutions
Suggest ways to improve our services and enhance the client experience
Who You Are
Polytechnic diploma or degree in Business, Communications or related fields
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Attentive to details, proactive and client-focused
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
Experience with CRM or support tools is a bonus
