Dailymotion brings nuance to the debates that animate young people and puts listening, discovery, and kindness back at the heart of interactions to help build a better and safer Internet.Dailymotion is also "Dailymotion for Enterprise", a video hosting and broadcasting solution for professionals in all sectors; and "Dailymotion Advertising", a powerful, proprietary video advertising platform, offering a high-quality, secure environment for brands.Our team is made up of 400 people in France, New York, and Singapore, all united by the same ambition: to visibly shake up the global video platform ecosystem.Dailymotion is actively looking for a Customer Success Manager within the Customer Success & Account Management team.As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as advertiser and agency point-of-contact for all campaign-related inquiries from start to finish of campaign lifecycle. Your main KPIs are client\xe2\x80\x99s conversion and retention.Your scope will include, but is not limited to, the following:Respond to RFPs and client inquiries working closely with Sales, AdOps and Marketing teamsIdentify opportunities for key accounts and build strong advertising recommendations to meet client needs and objectivesExpand and develop client relationship (client retention, growth, renewal, and client satisfaction)Ability to work on push to increase revenue on his/her portfolioConduct in-depth analysis of campaign performances and develop actionable insights/recommendations for future campaigns in form of post-campaign reportsCollaborate with AdOps team to secure campaign deliveryCollaborate with Sales Marketing team to build strong and effective media and insights solutionsQualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in adtech, media agency or saleshouse on a similar positionUnderstanding of key notions in programmatic and digital advertising ecosystemExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skillsFluent in English is mandatorySolid computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS SuiteAbility to handle multiple prioritiesStrong analytical skillsProblem identifier and problem solverAbility to function equally well independently and as part of a teamAdditional InformationAt Dailymotion, we empower candidates to take action.
