What exactly does a Junior Data Strategist do at TBWA?

From a data perspective we now have a problem: there is more work than is humanly possible for the current team to handle. That’s where you come in. We are looking for a graduate or someone with a year’s experience, who is interested in advertising and has a good understanding of how data can elevate the conversation, has a great understanding of numbers and from this knows how to spot good insights. Has a deep passion from bringing creative work life through data.


What skills does a Junior Data Strategist at TBWA need?

• You will need to have proven examples of analysing research/ data set and finding interesting insights;
• Show a clear aptitude for numbers and have excellent excel skills;
• Has experience using research or data tools in university projects (Statisca, Mintel etc);
• Can clearly verbally communicate ideas,
• Be comfortable having their own view point
