About the Role We are hiring a Junior Derivatives Broker in the market leading voice and hybrid FX Options broking platform due to growth in Singapore and Asian market. The successful candidate will work alongside the Front Office in this business critical role, providing dedicated support to our local and regional markets. • Provide trade support
• Monitor markets and follow financial news and developments closely;
• Develop understanding of underlying products being traded and keep up to date with knowledge of new products/procedures;
• Liaise with clients to understand their business objectives and provide a reliable and efficient broking service;
• Identify new business opportunities relating to market and client activity trends;
• Provide risk management and trade execution expertise to the structured products team;
• Maintain and timely update pricing of spreads accurately;
• Keep trade records up to date; and
• Assisting in day-to-day tasks assign by superior including but not limited to: ad hoc reporting, research and client communications.

• At least 2 years of working experience in related field
• Ability to work with diverse groups/ personalities
• Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills.
• Highly energetic, motivated and enjoy doing sales and business development.
• Team player with strong rapport building skills
