As we expand our creative team, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Midweight Designer to join our team.
Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a Junior Designer who is enthusiastic, curious, and eager to grow. You'll work under the guidance of Midweight and Senior Designers, contributing to creative delivery while developing your skills across branding, packaging, and digital design. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with up to two years' design experience looking to build a strong creative foundation.
What you will do:

• Assist in developing design concepts under the guidance of Midweight and Senior Designers.
• Support project teams by preparing mock-ups, artwork files, and presentation materials for internal and client reviews.
• Conduct image research, create mood boards, and help source visual assets for projects.
• Learn and apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all outputs.
• Support the preparation of design files for production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorming sessions and team discussions.
• Stay curious about industry trends, tools, and techniques, bringing new inspiration to your work.
• Manage your time effectively to complete assigned tasks on schedule.

Requirements
What you have done:

• 1-2 years of design experience or a recent graduate in Graphic Design or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, craft, and potential for growth.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with motion or 3D tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory.
• Attention to detail and willingness to take feedback and improve.
• Collaborative mindset with a desire to learn from experienced team members.
• Proactive attitude with enthusiasm for both digital and print design.Eagerness to develop skills in a positive learning environment and a willingness to explore and learn new capabilities.
