We're looking for a kick-ass Junior Digital Marketer to join the herd! Are you the one? Here's an overview of what we're looking for!Our Jr. Digital Marketer is responsible for:

  • Project management and implementation, including day-to-day client/stakeholder correspondence, reporting, and execution
  • Building long-term relationships with clients
  • Active participation in strategic communications recommendations, including editorial direction, PR planning, and presenting business proposals
Duties and ResponsibilitiesProject Management
  • Handles day to day administration of accounts, collaborating with the relevant internal and external teams to ensure that client requirements are met
  • Coordinates project timing and budgets with servicing teams and provides clients with timeline and budget updates
  • Ensures seamless execution of client campaigns and keeps the Business Unit Head and other groups well informed of progress and changes
  • Contributes to the development of high-quality campaigns, story angles, and campaign calendars
Client Servicing and Relations
  • Manages customer satisfaction and achieves 90% satisfaction rating
  • Supports clients depending on revenue size and project complexity
  • Participates in interactive strategy development with the team
  • Recommends best practices to clients in terms of addressing key issues and challenges
  • Updates clients with the latest industry trends in digital execution
  • Provides client reporting and results in analysis of key programs and initiatives
Business Development
  • Actively identifies and develops new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Understands customers' requirements in functional and business aspects to qualify and close any sales opportunities
Core Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an advertising or marketing agency
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms with an in-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
  • Basic knowledge in end-to-end video production, from pre-production to post-production
  • Ability to manage marketing projects, from conception to execution
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to assess potential risks and opportunities for current and prospective clients
  • Ability to analyze existing tools and databases to provide actionable solutions and recommendations
  • Ability to present (communicate) campaigns to internal and external audiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work long hours if need be to meet target timeline
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High levels of energy, stamina, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Commercial awareness
