Job Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on and eager-to-learn

Junior Electrical Engineer

, ideally a recent ITE graduate, to support our Engineering Manager in day-to-day project coordination, feasibility studies, and technical documentation. This role offers a great learning platform for fresh graduates to grow in the electrical engineering field through real-world exposure and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

Support in Feasibility Studies:

Assist in collecting data and basic information for new project assessments.


Help prepare simple layout drawings, equipment lists, or reports under guidance.


Conduct site measurements or basic condition checks where needed.

Technical Documentation:

Revise and update electrical drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.


Help prepare and maintain project files such as work procedures, checklists, and reports.


Track revisions and assist in document control.

Project & Engineering Support:

Support the Engineering Manager in coordination work and follow-up actions.


Attend site or project meetings to observe and assist when required.

Learning & Development:

On-the-job learning through real projects and senior staff guidance.


Gain exposure to construction site activities, safety practices, and electrical systems installation.

Requirements:

NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Good attitude, willing to learn and take instructions. Basic understanding of electrical systems and technical drawings. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage. Able to communicate clearly and work well with a team.

Nice to Have (Optional):

Internship or school project experience in electrical-related fields. * Knowledge of local electrical codes or standards.
