Act as Programme Exe for company-wide training programs, managing all the end-to-end activities relating to the effective and efficient delivery of the programs including the following:
Maintaining registration and training records in the Learning Management System
Learners communications (pre and post program) and publicity (e.g. eDMs)
Process invoices for all assigned programs and funding claims for accredited programs
Tracking and reporting of related training data (e.g. learner eval, enrolment and completion, budget usage etc.)
Manage vendor relationships, contracting and scheduling
Liaise with program owners/vendor on learner feedback and to periodically review SOPs to ensure program effectiveness and efficient delivery
Facilities Management:
Manage room bookings for to optimise usage
Oversee day-to-day training facility operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of all activities in the campus
Manage catering requirements for associated room bookings
Collaborate with IT and facilities team to resolve any issues (e.g. technical troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance) to ensure optimal infrastructure performance
Manage overall campus resources (e.g. flip charts, stationery, refreshments etc.) to ensure adequate supply and provision in the rooms
Mailbox Management:
Respond to enquiries related to training programs and campus usage
Support the team in managing overall mailbox queries to ensure adherence to the team
Learning Management System Administration
Jointly respond to system support requests to ensure administrators and learners are able to access and use the system for effective learning and delivery
Act as an internal SME of the LMS to equip and support new administrators with the know-how to use the system to meet their BU/country\xe2\x80\x99s learning needs
Participate in any system testing and enhancements to continuously improve our digital learning ecosystem
Support and administer connected applications, such as digital learning libraries and attendance platforms
Adhoc Projects:
Undertake adhoc projects or any other training operations related work as needed
Duration:
1 year fixed (any renewal depend on performance and business needs)
Location:
Sixth Avenue MRT
Working Hours:
8.30m to 5.30pm Mon to Fri, except for Wed till 6pm
Salary:
up to $3000/month
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in related field of study and working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
