Publicity

• Organize and manage press and preview/promotional screenings, including screening invites and RSVP lists.
• Assist in keeping the publicity materials up-to-date.
• Assist in tidying the latest release schedule for the media.
• Assist in drafting press releases and media advisories when required. \xef\x82\xb7 Secure media promotions to maximize potential awareness for the films.

Events Management

• Assist in events planning, logistics preparation and coordination of all program elements which includes accommodations, transportations, securities, rundowns, etc, leading up to and during actual events.

Administrative Matters

• Assist in any other administrative matters

Ideal Candidate:

• Have high enthusiasm in marketing-related and/or events management role preferred.
• Creative, meticulous, organized, strong attention to detail and a performance-driven multi-tasker.
• Possess strong communication, positive attitude, time-management and interpersonal skills.
• A good team player and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Display strong interest and wide knowledge of the entertainment industry.
• Is a movie buff.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in popular social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, amongst others).
• Proficient in basic Microsoft office applications, Adobe Photoshop and other content editing apps or programs.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
