Responsibilities:

• Book keeping and accounting functions
• Handle Account Payables and Accounts Receivables
• Support for issuing of sales invoices to customer and process of the supplier invoices
• Assist in monitoring of credit control and receipt payment from customer if any
• Liaise with internal and external customer and supplier
• Contribute to meet the deadline for month-end closing
• Assist in financial year-end audit requirements from auditors
• Work closely with the Finance team and report directly to Finance Manager
• Any other finance tasks as required by the Management and Finance Manager

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only!
• Minimum diploma holder with finance or accounts related background
• Independent & fast learner
• Knowledge in ABSS or equivalent
• Good English language to write and speak to clients and suppliers by email and phone
• Immediate vacancy!
