Your Role and Responsibilities Adopting Agile and other best practices to create meaningful solutions Applying scalable design patterns and clean code practices to develop high-quality software that is easily extensible, maintainable and readable Collaborating with amazing people of different backgrounds and skillsets to solve challenging and complex problems Actively contributing with your ideas and passion Being flexible and open to feedback Adopting a positive learning and growth mindset in all areas of your work Empathising with stakeholders to develop appropriate, actionable and holistic working solutions Creating and maintaining a dynamic and inclusive work environment Genuinely wanting to help change the world The Qualifications To Be a Maverick 1. Minimum Qualifications Good understanding of at least one programming language and at least one programming paradigm (OOP, FP) Experience in writing production-ready code, complete with unit testing and mocking Worked collaboratively with others to deliver a complete working solution to production Some experience with clean code practices Experience in either backend or frontend development (with some working knowledge of the other) Experience with code versioning tools such as Git 2.
