Who we are looking for: Are you an independent and reliable individual with a positive attitude and an appetite for growth? If so, you might be a great fit for our company. We are a successful start-up and we are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to be part of the next stage of our growth. This role will be supporting the marketing team with creative work that spans from print collaterals to all forms of digital marketing artwork. The position will be hybrid working environment, offering 2 days of per week in office and 3 days of per week work at home.

Your roles:

• Understand business / marketing directives and briefs, and manage the whole design process from ideation to production independently.
• Conceptualize, design and manage the production of a wide range of brand, marketing and communications collaterals for print and/or digital.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure design is in line with the overall marketing strategy whilst adhering to brand guidelines.
• Ensure creatives are on-brand and proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.
• To assist in other ad-hoc duties, as and when assigned.

• Responsible, creative, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong ability to prioritise objectives and meet aggressive timelines.
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous and have a great eye for detail.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• A Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Arts or any related discipline, and a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar role with a strong portfolio of creative work.
• Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
• While not required, experience and knowledge of website design and management and/or video editing will be an advantage.
