Role: Junior High Touch Execution Trader, Non-equity Squarepoint is a global investment management firm that utilizes a diversified portfolio of systematic and quantitative strategies across financial markets that seeks to achieve high quality, uncorrelated returns for our clients. We are looking to add a Junior Execution Trader to our high touch execution team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for trading a variety of products, including, but not limited to Fixed Income, FX (spot, NDF, options), and/or Equities (EFP, Vol). You will have the opportunity to support and collaborate directly with our experienced traders and help improve high touch global execution. • Execute timely trades across a variety of Fixed Income, FX (spot, NDF, options), and/or Equities (EFP, Vol) via execution platforms and voice negotiation.
• Actively monitor trading tools and alerts for new trades to execute.
• Provide feedback on market liquidity, trade structures/sizing, and counterparty relationships to trading management.
• Liaise between counterparts and operations team to assist with day-to-day bookings and settlements.
• Help with various ad hoc tasks from trading management and senior traders.

• Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
• Years Experience: 2-4 years, preferably buy side middle office or execution.
• Product Experience: Fixed Income, FX (spot, NDF, options), and/or Equities (EFP, Vol)
• Proficient/Strong in MS Excel
• Knowledge and experience with Bloomberg
• Familiarity with programming language such as VBA or Python
