Preparation of Letter of Employment, staff on-boarding orientation, and HR-related document
Administer all foreign worker\xe2\x80\x99s work pass related matters such as application/renewal/cancellation/appeals and medical check-up arrangement including liaising with MOM and relevant governmental bodies
Maintain personnel records, attendance records, leave records, and general administrative duties including documentation and filing
Work with the Managers to facilitate and bridge resolutions regarding employee matters, performance management, counseling, grievances and disciplinary
Assist in training related matters: course sourcing, course registration, course rescheduling
Handle staff claims and company insurances
Responsible for assisting the managers with the hiring plans, the selection including interviews of various staff positions as required by the company.
Support in organising staff welfare activities
Requirements
