The Company
Our client, a global and well-known MNC in the luxury retail space is looking for a Junior HRBP, with focus on Manpower Planning & Compensation on a 1-year contract basis.

The Role
Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be responsible for driving the manpower planning and costing across the Southeast Asia region, preparing headcount analysis, forecast and budget. You will also be involved in the compensation and benefits aspects, performing salary benchmarking, bonus review, benefits review and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Your Profile
You should possess a degree in Business, Finance, Analytics or Human Resource Management with 3 years of relevant experience. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be an independent team player, proactive, driven and resourceful.
