Working days & hrs: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8AM - 5.30PM)
Salary range: up to SGD 4500 (dep on exp) + Variable Bonus
Primary Responsibilities
Being a trusted advisor to provide regular and timely operational advice, e.g. people practices, local employment laws and HR trends, to key stakeholders to drive and support people initiatives and facilitate decision making.
Assist in reviewing and ensuring continual improvement and compliance in HR operations, data management and processes.
Support HR projects and employee engagement activities.
Communicate and engage key stakeholders via formal and informal channels (to ensure they are informed and engaged timely.
Assist to coordinate and execute annual HR exercises and initiatives not limited to employee engagement survey, annual reviews & budgeting exercises, staff events.
Perform HR operational and administrative support for day-to-day activitie
Collaborate and partner the team to develop, propose and implement the Business Unit\'s People strategies and plans pertaining to employee life cycle, policies and processes.
Coordinate with training vendors on course enrolment and payments.
Liaise and coordinate with departments on nominations and other training related matters.
Drive the planning and implementation of activities to continuously build positive employee relations.
Coordinate and facilitate the new hire orientation and onboarding program
Ensure high quality in all deliverables whilst meeting deadlines.
Support the entire employee life-cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, grievance handling, exit management.
Resolve people issues to deliver pragmatic outcomes.
Support delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
Coordinate internship activities.
Ensure the timely submission of government training subsidy claims.
Support annual learning needs analysis.
Prepare monthly reports and maintenance of training records.
