You will be working for Access Management Shared Service in Singapore. You will have a chance to work in an international environment for one of our major clients in banking domain.Responsibilities
- Account related services: Account Create, Account Modify, Account Delete, Account Lock and Unlock
- Emergency Termination, Password Reset, IRON Key Administration, LOA Override
- On-boarding users to DTP, Troubleshooting Login related issues, ECN User List uploads
- Access IT Governance
- Identity Management & Authentication
- Support Hours: 24 x 5 including public holidays
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Troubleshooting skills
- Calm under pressure
- Ability to prioritize competing demands
- Strong team player, with good analytical and problem-solving skills
