About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated

Junior Interior Designer cum Drafter

to join our team on a 6-month contract. This position supports the design and project team in preparing drawings, developing design concepts, and coordinating project deliverables. The successful candidate will gain exposure to both creative and technical aspects of interior design projects, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Produce accurate

2D CAD drawings

and assist in preparing

3D visuals

for design proposals. Support

space planning, material boards, and design documentation

. Conduct

site measurements, surveys, and updates to as-built drawings

. Assist in the preparation of

submission drawings

in line with HDB, BCA, and URA requirements. Coordinate with project managers and senior designers to align design intent with buildability. Provide drafting and administrative support for tender packages and project presentations.

Requirements

Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and

SketchUp

; knowledge of Adobe Suite is an advantage. 0-2 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome). Familiarity with Singapore building codes and authority submission procedures will be an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines. * Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to learn.
