Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBITIES

a) Assist in Drawing drafting for Space planning, Furniture detail drawing, M&E drawing and 3D visualization.

b) Design documentation and material selections and working closely with suppliers to execute the design construction

c) To understand customer's requirements for design

d) To take on-site measurements and photographs

e) Design Communication and submission to Management/related firm.

f) Material selections and working closely with suppliers/vendors to execute the design construction

g) Ensure all proposals and designs are presented on time.

h) Deliver assigned projects in accordance with customer specifications and Company policies/standards.

i) Ensures that project schedule and budget are adhere to.

j) Communicate with various level of people spanning from customer, the engineering team, Company Management, Contractors up to vendors.

k) Handle the tasks of drawing and rendering work by using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max and Photoshop/Illustrator for each assigned project.

l) Assisting in tendering new projects such as developing conceptualized interior design, drafting/produce of 3D artist impressions, cost estimation.

m) Perform site visit for projects.

n) Others ad hoc duties required by Superior

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
