Reporting directly to the Head of Investment based in Singapore, this is a great opportunity for junior professionals covering investment procedures and initiatives. They are currently seeking a highly competent individuals to join their team as a Specialist for Investment Operations & Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that transactions and all investment-related activities are accurate and timely.
• Examine reports on fund valuations and fund prices
• Ensure that investment-linked funds have no discrepancies.
• Keeping GL, bank reconciliations updated and clearing errors as soon as possible
• Comply with and preserve latest records of all operational procedures.
• Participate in the rollout of new initiatives, product releases and ad-hoc projects
• Assist with creating and closing accounts, as well as SSI updates.
• Examine the long-term effects of initiatives that will be executed and look for solutions to simplify procedures.
• Ensure processes adhere to MAS307 regulations.
• Perform documentation for KYC

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 1-2 years of investment, insurance, or fund accounting background
• Focused, precise, proactive, and self-driven individuals
• Understand the full spectrum of trades procedures.
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Skilled with the Microsoft Office software
• Understanding of accounting software (e.g. SAP and PeopleSoft)
