As we continue to grow, we seek a dedicated Junior IT Engineer to join our dynamic team, provide technical assistance to our staff, and contribute to our ongoing success.The Role:As a Junior IT Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolve technical problems, and ensure the smooth operations of IT systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, chat, ticketing, or in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to operating systems, applications, and hardware components.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT teams or vendors for further investigation and resolution.
• Document support activities, solutions, and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems, applications, and best practices.
• Assist in implementing IT projects and initiatives, including software upgrades and system migrations.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to provide proactive support and recommendations.

• A bachelor\'s degree or polytechnic diploma in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
• Good to have experience in technical support roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, Azure AD, on-prem AD, Microsoft Intune, and other productivity applications.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Knowledge of management and troubleshooting of Open VPN and Cisco AnyConnect.
• Knowledge of any unified security endpoint agent is good to have but not a hard requirement.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems: Jira, Monday.com, or any other industry standard ticketing tool.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks: daily IT operations, IT projects, and ad-hoc.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
