We are currently expanding our team and welcome you to apply for our Junior IT Project Executive position.As a Junior IT Project Executive, you will report to the Project Director and work closely with the Development and Design Teams.You will be critical in helping to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met. Additional responsibilities include meeting clients and stakeholders, and project documentation. Assist Project Director in coordinating IT development project activities and resources. Ensure projects are delivered on-time. Meet with clients to understand project deliverables and timeline. Monitor the progress and minimize project risks. Create and maintain project documentations. Conduct testing to ensure the quality of web portals and solutions.Requirements At least a diploma in an IT related field Good understanding of web programming, development & design. Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills. Excellent service mindset with a strong understanding of customers' needs. Adaptable and willing to learn on the job
