As a Junior IT Project Executive, you will report to the Project Director and work closely with the Development and Design Teams.
You will be critical in helping to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met. Additional responsibilities include meeting clients and stakeholders, and project documentation.
- Assist to coordinate IT development project activities and resources and ensure projects are delivered on-time.
- Meet with clients to understand project deliverables and timeline.
- Monitor the progress and minimize project risks.
- Organize reviews, feedbacks, and streamline processes.
- Create and maintain project documentations.
- Do testing to ensure the quality of web portals and solutions.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in IT project coordination.
- Understanding of web programming, development & design is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent service mindset with a strong understanding of customers' needs.
