Location: Singapore We're looking for a Junior IT Project Manager We're looking for an organized and driven individual to be a part of our fast growing IT department which is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT landscape, driving key IT projects both on premises and in the cloud and supporting organizational change while delivering value to our customers. This will involve organization, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills as the teams are geographically and culturally diverse. This role will contribute enormously to the success of the IT department and is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing industry with other focused, talented professionals. With the assistance and mentorship of our Senior IT PM, you will be responsible for the detailed planning, tasks scheduling, tracking, reporting and timely delivery of many of our internal IT projects Our IT infrastructure roughly looks like this:

• Identity by Okta for 100+ SAAS services
• Google Workspace(GSuite)
• Workstations include Mac, Linux, Windows, Chromebooks, and AWS Workspaces
• Very little on-premise infrastructure: We're cloud-based where possible
• Workstations that run device-management and endpoint protection clients
• Splunk SIEM monitors events from endpoint-protection, SAAS services, and networks

Our environment is far from a traditional IT landscape and we manage it with code using Infrastructure as Code via CI/CD pipeline enabling us to be exceptionally versatile and agile. If we can automate it, then we do so - and enable our high performing IT team to focus on what matters - driving business value with the tools we provide to our users.

Responsibilities

As a Junior IT Project Manager in the IT department, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the IT and other teams to deliver simple to complex IT projects on time, within scope and budget
• Work closely with the Senior IT PjM, IT Chapter Leads, Head of IT to ensure we tackle the highest priority projects and deliver the greatest value to the business
• Schedule meetings, take meeting notes and coordinate with IT engineers and other teams to track project work status and follow-up action items
• Use our existing tools to plan, track and visualize project work

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English - you will need to communicate your plans to all levels within the business
• Comfortable managing projects with remote and distributed team members
• Working knowledge of Agile Project management software (Jira or other) , processes and procedures
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship building
• Communication planning and execution
• A keen ability to ask questions to dig into an issue until you understand it
• Can-do attitude. Given a problem, quickly understand the requirements and output a solution
• Basic understanding of IT architecture, process and technologies and automation that drives business value

Nice to have

• Experience of software development lifecycle using Agile methodology
• Experience researching and implementing cloud services
• Understanding of Scrum
• Worked in an OKR environment
