Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the construction, testing, installation, and operation of client platforms in accordance with business and service level requirements.
Perform troubleshooting and incident resolution for client platform-related issues.
Respond promptly to incidents, investigate root causes, and provide both temporary and permanent resolutions.
Manage and fulfil service requests related to client platforms.
Monitor and report on service levels, configurations, and system performance.
Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
Research, evaluate, and recommend tools for client platform improvement.
Provide technical advice on systems and platform design.
Manage platform systems through change control processes and report status updates.
Support pre-sales technical activities related to client platform management.
Conduct infrastructure requirement analysis and design based on business/application needs.
Ensure compliance with facility management standards and best practices.
Requirements
Open to fresh IT graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
Good working knowledge of Windows 10 (mandatory) and Windows 11 (preferred).
Strong technical aptitude with interest in IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and system management.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Must be comfortable working in a secured environment (Red Zone) -- no camera phones allowed (lockers provided).
Additional Information
Work Locations: Assigned to client campuses or sites nearest to candidate's residential area. (Multiple Location)
Office hours, 5 days a week
