Junior Laboratory Support, 10x (Full-Time & Part-Time), Buona Vista, ContractSummary:
Provides support to Laboratory. Follows SOPs, applicable client procedures, and fulfills laboratory requests with modest direct supervision.Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of simple inventory tracking procedures (receipt, check-in, login, labeling, inventory, transport, check-out, etc.) and administrative tasks in support of laboratory operations.
- Communicates status of tasks to supervisor and/or appropriate laboratory staff.
- Performs daily work assignments accurately, timely and in a safe manner.
- Work is performed in a clinical environment.
- Personal protective equipment required such as protective eyewear, garments, and gloves.
- Vaccinated against Hepatitis B, Measles and Diphtheria
- Moderate lifting (or otherwise movement, carrying, setting, and placement) up to 12kg.
- Ability to access and use a variety of computer software
- Works with guidance or reliance on oral or written instructions from management.
- GCE O Levels, ITE/Diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel , Powerpoint
