Job Description

The Role


Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documentation related to ship finance and other financial or treasury-related transactions, including loan agreements, term sheets, security packages, swap arrangements, and corporate authorizations. Supporting all aspects of vessel sale and purchase transactions, as well as financing processes and loan drawdowns -- including preparing vessel mortgage releases, handling pre-delivery financing, and coordinating vessel deliveries. Coordinating with internal stakeholders and departments on matters involving vessel documentation, insurance, regulatory compliance, and corporate secretarial tasks -- such as preparing KYC documentation and corporate approvals.
To Qualify


Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Law or equivalent At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
