Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the planning and execution of ad hoc, routine, and preventive maintenance of the plant\'s production equipment, instrumentations, control systems, electrical distribution systems.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of ad hoc, routine, and preventive maintenance of the plant\'s facilities.
- Supervise contractors and ensure the execution of Engineering & Installation works are completed in accordance with the company\'s guidelines, timeline and EHS standards
- Ensure data collection and preparation of all reports for operations analysis and data trending.
- Maintain good documentation, specification data sheets, drawings, spare parts restocking, ISO standards compliance and assist with customer audits.
- Adhere to and guide other employees on the site\'s environmental, health and safety compliances that are critical to the well-being and protection of employees and contractors
- Supervise and train technicians in the plant.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by superior or HOD
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively
- Ability to work rotation night shift when needed
- Proficient in SAP modules is a plus
