Junior Management Trainee will work closely with senior managers and sales teams to gain hands-on experience and develop a thorough understanding of the sales processes, customer service and business operations.
This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to grow within a dynamic sales environment and are looking to progress into a managerial role.
Responsibilities:
Help build and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities.
Participate in training programs and mentoring sessions to develop sales skills, industry knowledge and leadership capabilities.
Observe and learn from experienced sales professionals and senior management.
Work closely with other departments, including marketing and customer service.
As the trainee progresses, take on increased responsibilities in managing smaller sales teams or projects.
Develop leadership and decision-making skills through regular exposure to management meetings, strategic planning and performance reviews.
Skills & Qualifications:
Local Diploma or Degree in any field.
Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and management are also encouraged to apply.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, team members and management.
Knowledgeable with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
