vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound testing, and machinery inspections

to help shipowners maintain reliability and efficiency.


We are now offering an

internship opportunity

for individuals who wish to start their careers in the

marine and mechanical engineering field

with hands-on learning and exposure to real machinery systems.

As a

Marine Machinery Inspection Technician (Intern)

, you will assist our engineers and technical superintendents in performing machinery inspections, collecting operational data, and preparing reports.


This role is designed for

beginners or recent graduates

who are eager to gain practical experience --

no prior experience is required

.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in machinery inspections onboard vessels and at shore-based workshops. Collect and record data from different types of rotating and electrical machines (motors, pumps, compressors, etc.). Learn to use test instruments such as vibration meters, thermometers, and multimeters. Support in preparing inspection and condition monitoring reports. Accompany senior engineers during shipboard and dockside assessments. Participate in occasional fieldwork, including shipboard visits at ports or anchorages.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification:

ITE / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Marine, or Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

Not required -- training will be provided. Physically fit and comfortable climbing

ship pilot ladders

at anchorage locations. Willing to work standard day hours and occasionally odd hours (depending on vessel schedules). Keen interest in marine engineering, maintenance, and inspection work. Good communication and teamwork skills.
